According to Dodman, the structure of the larynx, trachea, and diaphragm cat is quite similar to the arrangement in dogs. "We operate on certain conditions, can produce a sound like a cat bark," explains Dodman who is also professor at the Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine at Tufts University.
The bark, as described Dodman, resulting airflow is suddenly in the airways. "Cats are too happy to produce that sound. Similar to meow imposed," he said.
Cats are also studying the possibility of a dog barking sound. "It could be imitating the sound often heard," says Dodman to Life's Little Mysteries.
In a video viewed more than 4 million times on YouTube, the cat made a sound like a barking towards the window. When viewing the record owner, cat meow sound re-issued.
