Professor Susan Evans, who led the study says, "When I first saw, I do not really care about these fossils." Later, Yuan Wang, associate Susan from the Chinese Academy of Sciences found at least 15 embiro in the fossil. "With the help of a microscope, I can see all the little baby," added Susan. With a closer look, dentition of these embryos could be seen.

Researchers thought that with the birth of reproduction is characteristic of aquatic species. However, these lizards live in the land, although they can swim. "We know that these lizards live near the water and live on land," said Susan. With such a situation, lizards that can dive into water if there are predators who want to eat it.
