Homo Neanderthals and Modern Man One Blood?

Could be, most modern humans currently carry human DNA fragments of ancient Neanderthals from one of their sex chromosomes.

The findings are revealed in a recent research conducted a number of researchers at the University of Montreal, Canada, as released LiveScience, Friday (07/22/2011). The researchers found evidence then developed the theory that Neanderthals are the extinct Homo had sex with modern humans or Homo sapiens.

This happens when modern humans migrated out of Africa during the period 50 000 80 000 years ago. Neanderthals DNA fragments were found on the X chromosome (carriers femininity) man. As much as 9 percent of men are now starting from Asia, Europe and America are expected to carry DNA fragments.

In a study conducted in 2010, Damian Labuda researchers from the University of Montreal to extract DNA from bones found in Croatia Neanderthals. Then they compared this DNA with modern human X chromosome 6092 today throughout the continent. The result, researchers found there was little similarity of modern human DNA fragments with gene Neanderthals.

Neanderthals who lived during the Pleistocene is estimated to have physical characteristics such as height, pale skin and red hair. Physical appearance is quite similar to modern humans that exist today, especially in Europe.
